지난 23일에 이어 내놓은 2차 중점 추진 과제는 △충남형 도시리브투게더 3만 호 공급 △충남형 농어촌리브투게더 공급 △KTX 천안아산역 광역복합환승센터 건립 △천안역세권 브릿지 타운 조성 △M버스 노선 천안아산 연장 △광역 이동 도민 대중교통비 지원 등이다.
