[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 행정안전부(장관 이상민)는 시?도 교육훈련분야 2021년도 실적 평가를 실시하고, 우수기관 1곳과 우수사례 3건을 선정했다고 29일 밝혔다.
우수기관에는 부산광역시가 선정되었으며, 우수사례로 광주광역시의 ‘새천년(MZ)세대와 함께하는 엠지(MG, more good) 교육’, 인천광역시의 ‘지역민과 함께하는 화상강의 보조강사제 운영’, 경상남도의 ‘소통설계자 양성 동아리 활동’이 선정됐다.
시?도 교육훈련평가는 2017년부터 ‘유능한 지방공무원 양성을 위한 종합적교육훈련 기반을 구축하여 지방공무원의 경쟁력을 확보’하기 위해 도입됐다.
올해 평가 결과는 교육훈련기반 조성 및 국정과제?시책교육 역점추진 분야 등에서 점수가 향상되어, 지난해 평균 70.8점에서 71.4점으로 상승한 것으로 나타났다.
우수사례로 선정된 경상남도는 도민과 소통이 필요한 정책현장에서 고객 참여와 몰입을 돕는 소통설계자 양성 학습동아리를 운영해 공무원의 소통역량을 높였다.
최훈 행정안전부 지방자치분권실장은 “지방시대를 만들기 위해서는 지방공무원 역량을 높이는 것이 중요하다면서, 교육훈련의 우수사례를 공유?확산하고, 지방공무원의 역량 강화를 지속 지원해 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.
