파주시가 지난달 29일 봉암·오산·축현·창만·야동지구를 지적재조사 사업지구로 지정했다고 밝혔다.
지적재조사는 지적 불부합으로 인한 토지 경계분쟁과 주민의 불편을 해결하기 위해 드론, GPS 등 최신 측량 기술로 토지의 위치·경계·면적을 조사 측량해 확정하는 사업이다.
시에서 올해 추진하는 사업지구는 총 7개 지구 1,377필지 규모로, 측량비 2억8,300만원은 전액 국비로 지원된다. 이번에 사업지구로 지정된 5개 지구(봉암~야동지구)는 962필지이며, 나머지 임진, 마정 2개 지구(415필지)는 오는 9월에 사업지구로 지정할 계획이다.
시는 사업 시행을 위해 지난해 말 실시 계획을 수립해 사업지구별 찾아가는 주민설명회를 개최하는 등 적극적인 홍보를 통해 사업지구 내 토지소유자 총수와 토지 면적 2/3 이상의 동의서를 받아 지난 5월 경기도에 사업지구 지정을 신청했으며, 경기도 지적재조사위원회 심의를 거쳐 사업지구 지정 고시했다.
효율적인 사업 추진을 위해 사업지구 지정 고시가 되면 지구 내 토지는 사업 완료 전까지 경계복원 측량과 지적공부의 정리를 할 수 없다.
