고양시(시장 이동환)가 관내 우수기업 발굴을 위해 ‘2022년 우수중소기업 인증사업’에 참여할 기업을 모집한다고 4일 밝혔다.
시는 1999년부터 307개사를 우수중소기업으로 인증했으며 현재 약 60여 사가 인증을 유지하고 있다.
우수중소기업 인증제도는 관내 성장 잠재력이 있는 중소기업을 발굴하여 지역경제 발전과 일자리 창출을 선도하는 기업이 되도록 지원하기 위해 실시된다.

우수중소기업 인증 기업에는 ▲고양시 중소기업 육성자금 융자 지원 시 금리 우대 ▲지원사업 가점 부여 ▲공영주차장 요금 감면 ▲인증서 및 현판 교부 등의 다양한 인센티브가 제공된다.
신청대상은 공고일 기준 2년 이상 가동 중인 고양시 소재 제조업 또는 문화콘텐츠산업 영위 중소기업으로 최초인증은 5년, 재인증은 3년의 인증기간이 부여된다.
선정을 위해 신청 기업에 대한 재무 건정성, 기술 및 품질 수준, 고용 기여도 등을 평가하고 사업장 방문 조사를 진행한다.
시는 민선 8기를 맞아 더 많은 유망기업을 육성하기 위해 우수중소기업 인증제도를 확대 시행할 계획이다.
