고양시가 행주산성 대첩문에서 충의정 정상까지 이르는 약 800m 구간에 행주관람차 운행을 시작했다고 밝혔다.
행주관람차는 행주산성 내를 순환하는 2대(6인승, 9인승)의 전기차로 휠체어 이용객도 탑승할 수 있다.

행주관람차는 문화체육관광부 공모에서 선정된 열린관광지 환경조성 사업의 일환으로 제작됐다.
시는 작년에 시범운영을 마친 후 올해 운영 용역 계약을 체결해 7월부터 운영을 시작한다.
노약자, 장애인, 영유아(동반객 포함)은 행주관람차에 우선 탑승할 수 있으며 65세 이상, 장애인, 6세 미만 취학전 아동은 무료로 탈 수 있다.
그 외 탑승자에게는 왕복 2,000원, 편도 1,000원의 이용료를 받는다.

행주관람차 이용 시민은 “행주산성 정상까지 오르는 길이 급경사 구간이라 노약자, 장애인이 관람하기 힘들었는데 관람차를 타고 설명을 들으면서 행주산성 정상까지 오를 수 있어 좋다”고 말했다.
행주관람차는 매주 월요일을 제외한 화요일~일요일 10시부터 17시까지 운행하며 동절기(12월~2월)에는 운행하지 않는다.
