한국법무보호복지공단 경기북부지부(지부장 이재영)는 7월 5일 경기북부지부 회의실에서 2022년 2분기 푸른 꿈 장학증서 수여식을 개최하였다.
이 날 수여식에는 법무보호위원 경기북부지부 보호복지위원회 임일호 회장 등「푸른 꿈」장학금 대상자 선정 심사위원회 심사위원 5명과 장학금 대상자 가정 3가구(8명), 경기북부지부 이재영 지부장 등 직원 2명이 참석하였다.

수여식을 통해 지난 6월 28일「푸른 꿈」장학금 대상자 선정 심사위원회를 거쳐 선정된 3명의 보호대상자의 자녀들이 1인 30만원의 장학금을 전달받게 되었다.

「푸른 꿈」장학금은 법무부 법무보호위원 경기북부지부 보호복지위원회에서 후원하는 장학금으로써 초·중·고교 대학교에 재학 중이고, 가정형편은 어렵지만 성실하고 모범적이거나 학업성적이 우수한 경기북부지부 보호대상자 자녀에게 소정의 학비를 지원하여 어려운 환경을 비관한 탈선 예방과 범죄의 대물림이라는 악순환의 고리를 끊는 데 목적이 있다.
「푸른 꿈」장학금은 앞으로도 보호대상자의 자녀를 대상으로 선발하여 전달할 예정이다.
