고양특례시(이동환 시장)가 지난 5일 「화전 도시재생 연계 드론&4차산업 창업 경진대회」를 개최했다.
경진대회에서 AI로봇연구소 팀과 에어뷰 모빌리티 팀이 각각 대상과 최우수상을 수상했다.
이날 행사는 이춘표 제2부시장의 기념사와 한준호 국회의원 및 허희영 한국항공대학교 총장의 축사로 시작됐으며 이경혜 경기도의원을 비롯해 송규근, 고부미, 원종범 고양시의원이 참석했다.
행사에 앞서 고양시는 4월부터 드론 관련 창업교육과 멘토링 과정을 실시했다.
이후 경진대회 지원자 접수 및 1차 서류 평가를 통해 경진대회에 참여할 8개 팀을 결정했으며 최종 발표심사에서 기술성과 시장성, 드론연계성 등의 기준을 반영하여 4개 팀을 선정했다.

선정 결과드론과 AI를 활용한 3D가상환경 구축을 제안한 ‘AI로봇연구소’ 팀이 대상을 수상했다.
최우수상은 드론 대중화 캠프를 제안한 ‘에어뷰 모빌리티’ 팀이 수상했다.
우수상은 어군 탐지 드론 렌탈 서비스를 제안한‘QueenBee’ 팀이, 장려상은 소비자와 드론 조종사 매칭 서비스를 제안한 ‘Satisflying’ 팀이 수상했다.

선정된 4개 팀에게는 사업지원금과 사업 고도화를 위한 엑셀러레이팅 과정 등의 혜택이 제공된다.
시 관계자는 “이번 대회를 통해 선정된 예비창업자들이 드론센터 등 화전지역 내 창업공간에서 화전지역의 지속적인 성장과 활성화에 함께하기를 기대한다”고 말했다.고양=박정호기자

Goyang Special City (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) held the “Hwajeon Urban Regeneration Linked Drone & 4th Industry Startup Contest” on the 5th.
