파주시는 7월 11일부터 8월 5일까지 청년공간 ‘GP1934’에서 1인 미디어 제작 초급과정 교육생 각 16명(주말반, 평일 저녁반)을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
1인 미디어 크리에이터는 유튜브 등 광고 기반 플랫폼에 개인의 영상 콘텐츠를 올리는 개인 창작자를 말하며, 수익 창출, 커뮤니티 생성 등으로 빠르게 성장하고 있다.

프로그램은 주말반과 평일 저녁반으로 운영되며, 주말반은 토요일 오전 10시부터~14시까지, 저녁반은 화, 목 저녁 7시부터 9시까지 진행되고 교육비는 전액 무료다.
프로그램 과정은 8월 9일부터 27일까지 3주간 진행되며, ▲유튜브 채널 만들기 ▲유튜브 콘텐츠 기획 및 구성안 작성 ▲콘텐츠 촬영, 편집 ▲콘텐츠 업로드, 해시테크와 썸네일 제작 ▲스튜디오 활용 라이브 방송 등으로 구성된다.
프로그램 90% 이상 교육 이수 시 수료증이 발급되며, 향후 초급반 수료생을 대상으로 중급반을 개설할 예정이다.

신청 자격은 파주시가 생활권인 만 19세부터 34세까지 청년(고3 가능)으로, 일자리지원사업통합접수시스템으로 신청하면 된다.
