[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 반도체 기판 제조기업 해성디에스㈜가 12일 창원국가산단 내 기존 사업장에서 창원사업장 증설투자 착공식을 개최했다.
해성디에스㈜의 이번 착공식은 올해 3월 창원시와 체결한 투자금액 3500억원, 신규고용 300명 투자협약 체결에 따른 후속 조치이다.

지난 4월 해성디에스㈜가 발표한 1분기 실적은 매출액 1996억 원, 영업이익 483억 원으로 전년 동기 대비 각각 45.2%, 375.6% 급증한 것이다.
리드프레임은 자율주행차량 등에 탑재되는 반도체 칩에 전기를 공급하고 이를 지지해주는 역할을 하는 핵심부품이다.
