우수관리단지 신청 대상은 주택법 상 의무관리대상 공동주택(150세대 이상 공동주택 등)으로, 세대규모별로 3개 그룹(150~500세대 미만/ 500~1,000세대 미만/ 1,000세대 이상)으로 구분하여 총 4개 분야(일반관리, 시설안전 및 유지관리, 공동체활성화, 재활용 및 에너지절약)에 대하여 배점표 및 심사위원회 평가를 통하여 선정할 계획이다.
고양시 우수관리단지로 선정된 단지는 공동주택 보조금 지원 심사 시 가점 부여, 사용검사일로부터 15년 경과되지 아니한 단지에도 보조금을 지원하는 등 인센티브를 제공받으며, 인증동판 수여 및 유공 민간인에 대한 고양시장 표창과 2022년 경기도 공동주택 모범.상생관리단지 선정 시 우선 추천 등 다양한 혜택을 제공받게 된다.
우수관리단지 평가를 희망하는 단지는 접수기간(7월 12일 ~ 8월 12일) 내에 고양시청 주택과로 신청할 수 있으며, 관련 안내문과 신청방법 등 자세한 사항은 고양시 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
