경남도민정책소통단 ‘민관협력회의’ 개최

[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도는 도민의 도정참여 활성화 및 소통행정 구현을 위한 2022년 도민정책소통단 민관협력회의를 오는 18일부터 22일까지 4일간 진행한다고 밝혔다.

도민정책소통단의 핵심과정인 민관협력회의의 이번 논의대상은 지난 4월 14일부터 5월 8일까지였던 정책집중제안 기간에 접수한 도민제안 중 자문(컨설팅)을 희망한 제안이다.

그동안 주로 서면으로만 진행되었던 각종 민원 및 제안처리를 제안자와 직접 소통하며 제안의 숨겨진 취지를 파악한 후 전문가와 공무원은 이에 맞춤형 자문(컨설팅)을 진행하여 제안서를 보다 효과적이며 실현 가능하도록 보완한다는 취지이다.

회의는 기간 중 분과별로 운영된다. 총 8개 분과 41개 제안(△기획혁신 2건 △농해양수산 6건 △도시전략 4건 △문화환경 9건 △복지여성 11건 △산업경제 5건 △안전건설 2건 △행정교육 2건)을 대상으로, 31명의 도민이 대면, 비대면(zoom) 방식으로 참여하여, 제안서 보완과정을 진행하게 된다.

한편 민관협력회의에서 보완된 도민제안 및 자문을 신청하지 않은 제안은 제안서 정리과정 및 정책전달행사를 거쳐, 도·시군 해당부서에 전달될 예정이다, 이어 해당부서는 올해 하반기 중 최종 채택여부를 결정하게 된다. 이와는 별개로, 주민참여예산, 경남지역문제해결플랫폼 등에도 적극적으로 협업하여 정책실현 가능성을 높일 예정이다.
