충남교육청이 18일에 지난 2020년 5월부터 충남교사노동조합(위원장 장은미, 이하 충남교사노조)와 실무교섭을 30차례 거치며 2년 만에 단체협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번에 타결한 협약은 ▲학교업무 최적화 ▲교육환경 개선 ▲교원복지, 학생복지 강화 등 총 79조 348항이다.
교육청은 도내 교원들이 수업과 생활교육에 전념하도록 업무표준안을 마련하여 시행하고, 일부 과밀학급의 학습여건 개선을 위해 학급당 학생 수가 적정하게 유지되도록 노력하기로 했다.
이밖에 ▲학부모 부담 교육경비 지출 경감 ▲학급운영에 필요한 경비의 민주적 집행 ▲연 2회 이상 학교 대청소 용역예산 지원 등을 위해서도 함께하기로 했다.
김지철 교육감은 “상생과 협력의 노사문화 정착을 위해 충남교사노조와 맺은 단체협약을 성실히 이행하여 교원들의 근무 여건을 개선하고, 충남교사노조와 함께 혁신미래교육을 실천하기 위해 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
