[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 김해시는 디지털 행정서비스 시대에 발맞춰 모바일 임용장 시스템을 도입했다고 19일 밝혔다.
시는 지난 5월부터 임기제 신규 임용자 16명을 시작으로 지난 11일 정기인사 승진자 118명에게 모바일 임용장을 수여했다.
모바일 임용장 시스템은 종이로 만든 임용장을 교부하던 방식에서 벗어나 당사자의 휴대폰으로 발송된 URL로 접속해 통신사 인증만 하면 언제 어디서나 임용장을 확인, 다운로드할 수 있다.
간편한 절차뿐만 아니라 철저한 개인정보 보호와 보안을 고려해 설계했다.
시는 코로나19 재유행 우려로 비대면 서비스의 중요성이 더해지고 있어 모바일 임용장 시스템이 비대면 행정을 앞당기는 역할을 해줄 것으로 보고 있다.
또 초기 시스템 구축 비용 외에 추가 비용이 들지 않고 오히려 종이 임용장 제작비를 줄일 수 있어 매년 약 700만원의 예산 절감 효과는 물론 탄소중립 실천에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
문희상 총무과장은 “대면 임용식을 따로 하지 않아도 임용장을 이미지로 받을 수 있어 편리하다”면서 “종이로 보관하면 언제 없어졌는지조차 모르는데 모바일 임용장은 시스템에 접속해 매번 확인할 수 있어 편리하다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “올해는 처음으로 시스템을 도입한 해인 만큼 이용에 불편하거나 개선이 필요한 사항에 대해서는 적극적으로 직원의 의견을 반영해 개선해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
