[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도 특별사법경찰(이하 도 특사경)은 주거지역 및 상업지역 등 인구 밀집도가 높은 지역에서 대기오염물질을 무단으로 배출하는 불법 자동차 도장행위에 대한 기획단속을 시군과 합동으로 오는 8월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 2개월간 실시한다.
불법 도장행위를 하는 자동차 외형복원 업체들은 대부분 주택가가 몰려있는 도심 한복판에서 영업하며 도민의 건강을 위협하고 있다.
폐쇄 회로 텔레비전(CCTV)을 설치하고 출입문을 완전히 봉쇄해 관련기관의 단속을 회피하며 버젓이 대기오염물질인 휘발성유기화합물을 배출한다.
이에 도 특사경은 누리소통망서비스(SNS), 웹검색, 현장 탐문 등을 통해 도심 속 유해 대기오염물질 배출 행위에 대한 기획단속을 실시할 계획이다.
적발한 불법 도장 자동차 외형복원 업체에 대해서는 도 특사경에서 직접 수사 및 송치할 계획이고, 수사 시 위반 사실을 은닉 및 부인하거나 위반 규모 축소하는 등 필요한 경우에는 압수수색 등 강제수사를 병행할 방침이다.
