[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 남해군은 2023년 남해군 공간정보시스템의 도입을 위해 전 직원 대상 설문조사를 진행하는 한편 관계 부서(장) 개별 방문을 통한 인터뷰를 진행하는 등 시스템 도입 사업의 완성도를 높이는 작업에 박차를 가하고 있다.
지난해 7월 조직개편으로 신설된 공간정보팀은 그동안 남해군의 공간정보시스템 구축을 위해 전산 인프라·연속지적도·지하시설물 데이터 구축을 완료했다.
또한 공모사업을 통해 남해읍을 중심으로 디지털트윈과 실내공간정보를 구축 중에 있다.
특히 1948년부터 2021년까지 남해군 항공사진을 국토지리정보원을 통해 확보 중에 있으며, 내년 상반기에는 연도별 항공사진 열람이 가능할 것으로 보인다.
남해읍의 상하수도, LPG배관망, 전기·통신 등 지하매설물에 대한 전산화(전자지도) 데이터도 구축해 보유 중이고 이는 향후 시스템 도입 시 전 부서에서 공유·활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
공간정보란 지상·지하 등 모든 공간상에 존재하는 건물, 도로, 하천 등 자연·인공적 대상의 정보(위치)를 지도나 사진,3D 화면에서 제공하는 것을 말한다.
남해군 공간정보시스템은 각 부서에서 갖고 있는 각종 행정정보를 정사영상, 토지정보 등과 결합해 위치를 중심으로 한 눈에 빠르게 파악할 수 있게 해 신속한 의사결정에 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
무엇보다 업무처리 시 신속성과 효율성을 바탕으로 대민서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다는 게 핵심이다.
