군에 따르면 이번 간담회는 28일 울진읍과 금강송면을 시작으로, 29일 북면과 죽변면, 8월 1일 후포면과 온정면, 2일 평해읍과 기성면, 3일 매화면과 근남면 순으로 진행된다.
손병복 군수는 이번 읍·면 순방을 통해 민선8기 울진군이 추진할 역점시책 등을 주민들과 공직자들에게 알려 울진의 비전을 공유하고, 향후 군 발전을 위한 주민들의 적극적인 관심과 참여를 당부할 계획이다.
또한 주민 화합 간담회 현장에서 건의된 주민 의견은 해당 부서의 세밀한 검토를 거쳐 군정에 최대한 반영할 방침이다.
