[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경남테크노파크(원장 노충식)는 지난 29일, 경남TP 항공우주센터에서 “현장맞춤형 항공MRO 인력양성 지원사업”에 참여한 교육생들의 수료식을 개최했다.
이날 행사에는 경남TP 노충식 원장, 경상남도 제조산업과 박명률 사무관, 사천시 우주항공과 이숙미 과장, 한국항공서비스(주) 정성진 상무, 한국폴리텍대학 항공캠퍼스 양희돈 산학협력처장, 울산·경남지역 혁신플랫폼 이재환 기업협력실장 등이 참석하여 교육 수료생들을 축하했다.
“현장맞춤형 항공MRO 인력양성 지원사업”은 경상남도, 사천시, 울산·경남지역혁신플랫폼의 지원을 받아 경남TP, 한국항공서비스(주), 한국폴리텍대학항공캠퍼스가 주관한 사업으로, 도내 항공정비 전문인력 양성과 항공MRO 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 진행됐다.
2기 인력양성과정에서는 한국폴리텍대학 항공캠퍼스, 경남도립남해대학, 동원과학기술대학교 등 도내 6개 대학 항공정비 관련학과 졸업생을 대상으로 18명의 교육생을 선발하여 6개월간 한국항공서비스(주)와 한국폴리텍대학 항공캠퍼스에서 이론(2개월) 및 실습 교육(4개월)을 진행해 총 16명의 수료생을 배출했다.
수료식에 참석한 한 교육 수료생은 “학과 교육과정 중에는 배울 수 없었던 부분을 현장 전문가를 통해 많이 배울 수 있었고, 실제 항공기를 정비하며 실무적인 능력을 향상시킬 수 있었다”고 말했다.
노충식 원장은 “국내는 물론이고 세계적으로도 항공MRO 산업이 크게 성장하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 도내 항공MRO 산업의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있도록 우수 인력양성을 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
