고양시 산하 고양문화재단 고양영상미디어센터에서 8월 26일 ~ 27 양일간 고양어울림누리 광장에서 2022 고양돗자리영화제를 진행한다.
고양돗자리영화제는 매년 가족단위 관객들을 위한 야외상영으로 시민의 호응을 받아왔다.

코로나19로 인하여 지난 2년간 자동차극장을 통해 적은 인원만 참여 할 수 있었지만 올해는 고양문화재단 어울림누리 광장에서 누구나 별도 신청 없이 즐길 수 있다.
고양돗자리영화제에서는 2편의 애니메이션 영화가 상영된다.
26일 <드림빌더>는 꿈과 가족의 이야기를 다루고 있다.
아빠의 재혼으로 새로운 환경에 적응해야 하는 10대 소녀가 꿈을 통해 현실을 극복하는 과정을 <토이 스토리2>, <니모를 찾아서> 제작진이 섬세하게 담아낸 작품이다.
27일 <잃어버린 세계를 찾아서>는 제77회 골든글로브 장편 애니메이션상을 수상한 작품으로 전설 속 동물 Mr. 링크가 가족을 찾기 위해 떠나는 모험극이다.
미국의 스톱애니메이션을 대표하는 라이카스튜디오의 야심작으로 1200억원 제작비, 5년간의 제작기간, 수작업으로 만든 수백개의 소품 등으로 실사 영화를 보듯 실감나는 연출이 재미를 더한다.

고양돗자리영화제에서는 영화뿐만 아니라 다양한 예술 공연도 감상할 수 있다.
26일에 클라운진의 벌룬퍼포먼스, 재즈밴드 솔깃, 엔젤킹의 치어리딩 공연이, 27일에는 마임, 마술의 마트(MArt), 카키마젬 밴드, 월드뮤직을 선보일 라온월드뮤직앙상블의 공연이 준비되어 있다.
