관련 법령에 따라 ▲계약이 체결된 이후 광고를 삭제하지 않은 경우 ▲계약이 완료됐지만 특별한 사유 없이 재등록한 경우 ▲악의적으로 부동산을 찾는 사람들에게 허위 정보를 준 공인중개사들은 과태료 500만원 이하의 행정처분을 받게 된다.
