고양시가 지역경제를 활성화하고 지역 일자리 창출에 기여하기 위해 지난 9일 ㈜스타필드 고양, 삼송상점가 및 열매나눔재단과 민관협력 상생협약을 체결했다.
고양시청 평화누리실에서 열린 협약식에는 이동환 고양시장과 ㈜스타필드 고양 임영록 대표이사, 삼송상점가 강두현 상인회장, 열매나눔재단 김추인 사무총장 등이 참석했다.

이번 협약을 통해 고양시는 삼송 도시재생사업에 적극 협력하고 스타필드고양, 삼송상점가 및 열매나눔재단은 상가 환경개선과 전문가 컨설팅 등 다양한 방법으로 삼송동 지역 내 상가 활성화프로젝트에 협력할 예정이다.
고양시는 지난 3월부터 ㈜스타필드 고양과 함께 삼송상점가 상인의 고충을 경청하고 현황 등을 면밀히 분석했다.
㈜스타필드 고양은 분석결과를 토대로 유아동반 고객과 3040 고객층이 많다는 결론을 내렸다.
이에 인테리어 개선은 물론 상인 역량 강화 클래스, 핵심 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 레시피, 상품판매촉진관리(VMD) 컨설팅, 최현석 . 박건영 등 스타셰프의 체계적인 전문가 교육 등을 지원하고, 오는 10월 리뉴얼 오픈 이후에도 컨설팅을 지속할 계획이다.
