고양시가 농가의 성공적인 영농승계를 지원하기 위해 ‘가족과 가업을 탄탄하게 잇다’라는 주제로 가족소통 프로그램 교육을 실시했다고 22일 밝혔다.
교육은 7월부터 가족농을 대상으로 특별교육 및 컨설팅 중심으로 이루어졌다.
컨설팅은 가족소통 특별교육 이수자 중 희망 농가를 대상으로 진행됐다.

시는 프로그램을 통해 특별교육을 통한 성격유형검사를 지원하고 가족 구성원이 서로 이해하는 시간과 소통 및 공감을 할 수 있도록 지원했다.
이외에도 가족별 상담교육도 진행됐다.
참여자는 “가족농으로 단단하게 자리 잡을 수 있는 계기가 됐다”, “세대 간의 이야기를 듣고 나니 전혀 알지 못했던 모습들을 알 수 있었다”며 호응했다.
시 관계자는 “행복하게 소통하는 가정을 기반으로 농촌이 건강한 삶터로 발전하기를 바란다. 앞으로도 전문적인 교육과 맞춤형 컨설팅으로 농가 소득 증대 뿐만 아니라 농촌문화 발전도 함께 힘쓰겠다.”고 밝혔다.
