[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 홍남표 창원특례시장은 을지훈련 둘째날인 23일 창원축구센터 주경기장에서 진행된 대 테러 및 화재 대비 종합실제훈련을 참관했다.
이날 훈련은 전시상황을 전제해 경각심과 체계적 대응능력을 높여, 국가중요시설의 테러나 폭발 등 국가재난사태에 대비하기 위해 실시된 ‘대테러 긴급구조 종합훈련’이다.
훈련은 정체불명의 테러범 4명이 진해항을 통해 성산구 현대로템에 침투하는 것으로 가정해 설정했고, 테러범 2명은 드론을 사용해 유독가스를 살포했으며, 나머지 2명은 시설물에 폭발물을 설치하고 인질 상황을 설정해 국가중요시설 방호 및 대테러 훈련으로 진행됐다.

참여기관으로는 39사단 군사경찰대, 창원대대, 화생방지원대, 경남도경 경찰특공대, 창원중부경찰서, 성산소방서, 창원보건소, 한전, KT, 한국가스안전공사, 성산구주부민방위기동대 등 12개 기관?단체 170여 명이 참여했다.
