[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군 신원면 박산합동묘역에서 박산골희생자 유가족 25여명이 참석한 가운데 25일 합동제례를 거행했다.

박산골희생자유족회(회장 신도철)에서는 매년 음력 7월 28일 박산골에서 억울하게 희생된 주민 517명의 영령들의 넋을 위로하기 위해 합동제례를 지내고 있다.

합동제례에 참석한 신도철 박산골희생자유족회장은 “71년 전 공비들과 내통했다는 누명아래 무참히 죽어간 희생자의 넋을 위로하고, 그날의 가슴 아픈 역사를 우리뿐만 아니라 후손들도 절대로 잊어서는 안 된다”고 강조했다.

이성열 거창사건희생자유족회장은 “71년이 지난 오늘에도 유족들이 염원하는 배상 관련 입법은 이루어지지 않고 있다”며 “반드시 입법이 제정될 때까지 온 힘을 다해 노력하자”고 다짐했다.
