[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 박완수 경상남도지사는 26일 도청 대회의실에서 8·9급 직원 150여명과 대화의 시간을 마련하고 소통 행보를 이어갔다.
이번 간담회는 자유로운 분위기 속에서 창의적이고 업무에 집중할 수 있는 환경을 조성하고자 직급별로 대화를 정례화하겠다는 박 도지사의 뜻에 따라 개최됐다.
참석한 직원들은 그동안 직접 만나기 어려웠던 도지사와 함께 창의적이고 효율적인 도정을 위해 대화의 시간을 가지며 행정혁신 추진방안, 도청의 조직 문화 등 평소에 하고 싶었던 질문을 가감 없이 전달했다.
박 도지사는 “혁신은 변화를 수반하고 변화는 저항이 따른다”며 “고객인 도민을 위해 관행을 바꾸고 익숙한 것을 탈피해야 한다”고 강조했다.
또한 “자기 업무에 열정과 자긍심을 가지고 도지사나 국장, 과장이 아닌 도민만 바라보며 일해줄 것”을 당부했다.
오늘 간담회에 참석한 한 직원은 “8,9급 직원이 평소에 만나기 어려운 도지사를 가까이에서 만나 도정에 대한 생각과 방향에 대해 이야기할 수 있는 의미 있는 시간이었다”고 밝혔다.
이어 하위 직급 직원들의 역량 강화를 위한 직무교육도 함께 실시했다.
청렴문화 확산을 위한 공직자 청렴 교육과 함께 민선8기의 도정 운영방향에 대해 설명한 뒤 회계 및 지출 실무 교육으로 마무리됐다.
