MC 김병찬, 소유담의 진행으로 시작된 가요제는 홍진영, 나태주, 요요미, 서지오, 한봄, 진국이, 시그티쳐 등 인기가수의 축하공연으로 가요제의 열기를 한층 더 끌어 올렸다.
이날 대상은 ‘사랑 참’을 부른 말도말지 씨가 차지했으며, 금상은 LALILA (김수진 외 3명), 은상은 장예주, 동상에는 허민희, 장려상에는 김철진, 인기상에는 왕현 씨가 수상했다.
