파주시는 시 업무 전 분야에 대한 업무개선 아이디어 경진대회를 개최, 오는 9월 5일까지 아이디어를 접수 받는다.

경진대회는 전 직원을 대상으로 본인 업무 또는 타 부서 업무개선을 주제로 진행되며, 우수 제안은 1차 실무위원 평가와 시민투표, 직원투표를 거친 후 2차 민간위원이 참여하는 제안심사위원회의 본심사를 통해 결정된다.
특히, 본심사는 글에만 그치지 않고 직접 표현할 수 있도록 오디션 형태로 진행된다.
파주시민의 불편사항 개선과 시민행정서비스 강화를 위한 제안인 만큼 선정된 경우, 행정적 지원을 아끼지 않을 예정이다.
업무개선 경진대회는 지난해부터 시작했으며, 지난해 제안한 아이디어가 시민의 재정경제와 보건복지에 기여한 공이 인정돼, 2021년 중앙우수제안에 선정된 바 있다.
선정된 제안은 ▲세입세출외현금을 활용한 체납액 징수 ▲산지(농지)에 우리집 지으면(개발) 세금 얼마 ▲국공립어린이집 사전설계 자문으로 효율적인 공간 구성 ▲파주시 주거입주 맞춤형 케어서비스 등 4건이다.
파주시 관계자는 “스스로 학습하는 조직문화를 조성하고, 더 나아가 시민의 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 창의적인 아이디어를 발굴하는 파주시를 위해 제안을 적극적으로 반영할 수 있는 환경을 조성해 나가겠다”고 말했다.[파주=박정호기자]
