고양시가 8월 31일 고양시 도시계획위원회 위원을 대상으로 청렴교육을 실시했다.
도시계획위원회는 개별 개발행위허가부터 도시관리계획 결정 등 도시계획 변경이 수반되는 사항이 토지의 사용 목적에 적절한 계획이 수립되었는지 검토하고 심의하는 위원회다.

8월 31일 개최된 고양시 도시계획위원회에서는 심의 투명성과 공정성 향상을 위해 위원들을 대상으로 심의 안건과 이해관계가 있을 경우에 대한 제척 및 회피 사례를 다루는 청렴교육이 실시됐다.
한편, 고양시는 투명하고 공정한 심의 운영과 민선8기의 중요 실천전략 중 하나인 청렴도 향상을 위해 내부 직원뿐만 아니라 민간 전문가들로 구성된 심의 위원들을 대상으로 청렴교육을 지속적으로 실시할 예정이다.
