충남도가 도와 시?군이 설립한 충남공동근로복지법인이 추석을 앞두고 도내 86개 중소기업 1429명의 직원에게 1인 당 최대 80만 원 씩 총 10억 400만 원의 복지비를 지급했다고 6일 밝혔다.
중소기업 노동자에 대한 복리후생 지원을 통한 노동시장 양극화 해소 등을 위해 설립한 충남공동근로복지법인은 현재 1∼3호가 가동 중이다.
도와 아산?보령?공주?예산?서천?태안 등 6개 시?군이 힘을 모았다.
내년에는 청양과 홍성, 부여 등 3개 군이 참여해 4∼6호 법인을 설립할 예정이며, 추후 도내 모든 시?군이 참여해 법인을 설립?가동토록 할 계획이다.
충남공동근로복지법인은 도와 시?군, 중소기업 출연금과 정부 지원금을 합해 마련한 기금을 노동자 복지비로 활용하고 있다.
노동자 1인 당 연간 지급 복지비 총액은 100만 원으로, 설날과 추석 명절 각 40만 원, 근로자의 날 20만 원이다.
이를 위한 노동자 1인 당 연간 출연 및 지원금은 도 20만 원, 시?군 40만 원, 중소기업 40만 원, 정부 75만 원이다.
