파주소방서는 7일 김경일 파주시장이 소방서를 방문하여 추석을 대비하는 직원들의 노고를 격려하고 당면 추진업무를 공유하는 시간을 마련했다고 밝혔다.
이번 일정은 파주소방서 안전센터 및 구급대를 방문하여 현장대원들을 격려하는 자리를 가진 뒤 과/단장들과 인사 후 파주시장과 파주소방서장 간담회 순으로 진행되었다.
김경일 파주시장은 소방서 직원들에게 “추석연휴에도 파주시 안전을 위해 헌신하는 소방공무원들의 노고에 감사하며 시민 안전뿐만 아니라 소방대원들의 안전에도 최선의 노력을 다해주시기 바란다”고 밝혔다.
정찬영 파주소방서장은 추석명절 소방안전대책 추진 사항에 대해 이야기하고 파주시와 협력방안을 논의하며 “추석연휴에도 시민의 안전과 재산보호를 위해 유기적 협력체계를 바탕으로 빈틈없는 재난대응에 만전을 기할 것”이라고 말했다.[파주=박정호기자]
