[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 산청군이 대한민국 지정 문화관광축제 ‘산청한방약초축제’의 개막을 앞두고 막바지 준비에 박차를 가하고 있다.
군은 13일 군청 대회의실에서 제22회 산청한방약초축제 최종보고회를 가졌다.
이날 보고회는 행정지원본부 담당별로 축제단위행사의 추진계획에 대해 다시 한 번 면밀히 검토하고 행사 진행 시 원활히 운영 될 수 있도록 점검하는 방식으로 진행됐다.
올해 22회째를 맞는 산청한방약초축제는 남녀노소와 가족 모두가 즐길 수 있도록 치유와 쉼을 주제로 하는 새롭고 풍성한 체험 프로그램으로 구성된다.
우선 대왕약탕기 불꽃점화와 미디어 파사드를 접목한 ‘생명의 나무’와 ‘Heal&휴 약초터널’ 점등으로 축제의 시작을 알린다.
올해 축제 주제인 ‘Heal&休 , 오늘 산청에 오길 잘했다’를 한자리에서 확인할 수 있는 주제관 한방항노화관은 내용과 체험 디자인 등 전체적인 변화를 통해 새롭게 단장했다.
무료 한방 진료가 인기인 혜민서는 올해 처음으로 역대 동의보감상 수상자들이 참여해 더욱 의미 있게 운영될 예정이다.
산청한방약초축제의 대표 프로그램인 ‘내몸의 보약체험’은 최형일 서울강남성심한의원 원장의 진행과 함께 체질에 맞는 좋은 약초를 직접 전통 약탕기에 넣고 달여 먹는 체험 프로그램이다.
또 산청의 한방항노화 산업을 주도하는 기업들의 제품을 선보이고 체험할 수 있는 웰니스뷰티 체험관은 확대 운영된다.
매년 가장 인기가 높았던 우수 농특산물·약초 판매장터는 구매자 편의를 고려하여 주차장에서 가까운 위치에 배치했다.

산청군은 축제 프로그램 준비와 함께 주차시설과 각종 편의시설, 안전대책 마련과 축제종사자, 참여자의 친절·서비스 마인드 제고 등 관광객의 편의와 안전을 최우선으로 챙길 방침이다.
