고양시가 오는 9월 17일부터 24일까지 2022년 청년주간행사 ‘GOMZ(Goyang MZ) day’를 개최한다.
이번 행사는 청년의 날(매년 9월 세 번째 토요일)을 맞이하여 청년들의 주도적인 참여와 기획을 통해 청년들이 함께 참여, 소통, 공감할 수 있는 프로그램들로 구성됐다.
청년의 날인 9월 17일에는 다양한 프로그램이 집중되어 있다.
3시부터 고양관광정보센터 루프탑에서 청년들과 이동환 고양시장과의 ‘곰즈 톡톡’을 시작으로 17시에는 일산문화광장에서 청년의 날 기념식이 진행된다.

기념식에서는 5명의 청년유공자 표창과 지난 7월에 진행된 고양시 주관 전국청년 공감스토리 공모전 당선자 시상이 있을 예정이다.
기념식이 끝나고 18시부터는 ‘제1회 고양 청년(GOMZ) 가요제’가 열린다.
사전심사를 통해 선정된 7개 팀의 청년들이 저마다 준비한 노래로 청년의 날을 축하할 예정이다.
이외에도 12시부터 20시까지 ‘고양 청년 팝업 스토어(플리마켓)’가 운영된다.
플리마켓에는 청년소상공인들과 청년예술가들이 중심이 되는 다양한 판매·전시부스가 준비되어 있다.
더불어 인생네컷, 타로 등을 비롯한 체험부스, 고양시의 각종 정책, 브랜드 관광기념품 등을 알리는 홍보 부스들이 방문자를 기다린다.
22일에는 고양꽃전시관에서 청년일자리 박람회가 개최될 예정이며, 24일까지 청년들을 위한 원데이 클래스, 명사 특강 등이 준비되어 있다.
