브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 17일 오후 경기도 광명시 소재 철산 센트럴 푸르지오에서 입주민들을 위한 ‘발코니 음악회’를 개최했다고 19일 밝혔다.
총 70여 분간 진행된 이번 행사는 입주 1년 차 푸르지오 단지를 대상으로 한 야외 음악회로서, 각 세대 내 발코니에서도 공연을 관람할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.
이번 행사는 바쁜 일상생활로 지친 입주민들에게 주말 힐링의 시간을 제공하고자 기획됐으며, 용인문화재단 상주 전문예술단체인 ‘웨스턴 심포니 오케스트라’가 직접 연주를 펼쳐 성황리에 종료됐다.
지휘자, 현악기, 밴드로 편성된 이번 발코니 음악회는 클래식 장르는 물론 영화 ‘겨울왕국’ OST, 드라마 ‘슬기로운 의사생활’ 삽입곡 등 대중에게 친숙한 연주곡을 선택했다.
앞서 대우건설은 철산 센트럴 푸르지오 입주민들을 위해 주방 정리 수납과 공간 활용 컨설팅을 실시하는 등 주거 편의를 높이기 위한 ‘라이프 프리미엄’ 서비스를 지속적으로 시행해 왔다.
대우건설은 기존의 라이프 프리미엄을 업그레이드한 새로운 서비스 브랜드 ‘플러스(PLUS)’를 선보이고, 와인 클래스, 출산 키트 선물, 개인 사진 촬영 등 입주민 대상 프로그램을 점차 확대한다는 계획이다.
한편, 발코니 음악회는 오는 10월 검단신도시 푸르지오 더 베뉴(인천시 서구)에서 한 차례 더 개최되며, 향후 관악기를 더한 중편성 규모로 오케스트라 공연이 더욱 다채롭게 꾸며질 예정이다.
대우건설 관계자는 “입주민들의 적극적인 참여로 공연이 잘 마무리 됐다”며 “입주 후에도 고객의 생활 편의와 주거 만족도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 지속 발굴하겠다”고 말했다.
