도·농상생과 도시농업의 가치를 알리기 위해 개최된 제1회 파주시 도시농업박람회가 성황리에 막을 내렸다.
운정호수공원에서 지난 23일부터 3일간 열린 이번 도시농업박람회에서는 전시부스와 체험부스를 운영, 평소 도심지에서는 볼 수 없었던 목화, 대추나무, 사과나무 등의 여러 농작물을 전시하고, 임진강 물고기·황복 전시관과 곤충전시관을 마련해 박람회 기간 자녀를 동반한 가족들의 방문이 지속됐다.

또한, 도시농업 관련 사진 작품 15점이 관람객을 대상으로 현장 평가를 받았으며, 관내 6개 학교 학생들이 직접 참여해 만든 청소년 도시농업 콘테스트도 관람객들의 눈을 즐겁게 했다.
특히 주목을 끌었던 부스는 옛 교하 사진 전시관이었다.
신도시 개발로 사라진 교하 지역의 옛 사진을 보며 추억에 젖는 어르신 관람객과 전시된 사진 속에서 아버지의 모습을 발견하고 눈물짓는 관람객도 있었다.
