세종시가 미래전략 발전방안을 마련하고 구체화하기 위해 분야별 전문가를 위촉해 ‘세종특별자치시 미래전략 전문가 자문단’을 구성한다.
자문단은 ‘미래전략수도 세종’ 완성을 위해 분야별 외부 전문가 의견을 계획에 반영함으로써 2030년도 이후 미래전략 실천방안의 실현가능성을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
자문단은 과학기술·경제·문화·교통·도시 등 5개 분야별 전문가 22명으로 구성된다.
이들은 앞으로 ▲미래전략 마스터플랜 수립 ▲미래전략 발전방안 마련 ▲ 정책 및 전략과제 발굴 등 주요 현안 자문과 정책 제언 등 시정 전반에 관하여 자문하는 기능을 수행한다.
자문단은 오는 10월 4일 열리는 미래전략 발전방안 비전을 시민과 공유하는 ‘미래전략 비전선포식 & 포럼’에서 위촉 후 공식 출범할 계획이다.
최민호 시장은 “2030년 이후까지 바라보는 세종의 미래상을 자문단과 함께 고민하며 그려 나갈 것”이라며 “각 분야에 풍부한 경험과 전문성을 갖춘 자문단을 통해 정책에 대한 전문성 및 실현가능성을 높이고, ‘미래전략수도 세종’ 실현을 향해 한 발 앞서 가겠다”라고 밝혔다.

Sejong City organizes ‘Future Strategy Expert Advisory Group’… Drawing the future of Sejong City
In order to prepare and materialize future strategy development plans, Sejong City will appoint experts in each field to form the ‘Sejong Special Self-Governing City Future Strategy Expert Advisory Group’.
