충남도의회는 28일 제340회 임시회 제4차 본회의를 열고 ‘2022년도 행정사무감사계획 승인의 건’ 등 84개 안건을 처리하고 폐회했다.
이번 임시회에서는 10명의 의원이 도정과 교육행정에 대한 질문과 긴급 현안을 점검하고 정책을 제안했다. 이번 도정 및 교육행정 질문을 통해 민선 8기 도정과 교육행정이 나아갈 방향을 가늠하고, 건전한 견제와 감시에 나섰다는 평가를 받고 있다.
또, 5분발언은 19명의 의원이 발언을 진행해 어느 때보다도 활발하게 현안에 대한 실태를 지적하고 철저한 대안을 촉구했다.
이번 임시회에서 각 상임위원회가 심사한 추가경정예산안은 예산결산특별위원회를 거쳐 75억 4657만원이 삭감됐다.
조길연 의장(부여2·국민의힘)은 “이번 회기에 인삼약초산업 활성화 특위 등 5개의 특별위원회를 구성하고, 앞으로 미래 일자리 창출, 내포신도시 완성 추진 대책, 청년정책, 국방 관련 기관 이전과 국방산단 조성을 위해 함께 논의하고 도정 현안 해결을 위한 의정활동을 펼칠 예정”이라고 말했다.
한편, 다음 회기는 오는 11월 7일부터 올 한해를 정리하는 정례회로 열린다. 2022년 행정사무감사를 필두로 2023년 본예산 등 의안을 처리할 계획이다.
