백성현 논산시장이 5일 취임 100일을 맞아 시청 3층 회의실에서 시정보고 기자회견을 가졌다.
백성현 시장은 기자들과 질의 응답에 앞서 약 40분간을 성과를 부각하는 데 집중하는 모습이었다.
