브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 법원은 6일 이준석 전 국민의힘 대표가 제기한 정진석 비상대책위원회 체제 전환 효력을 정지해달라며 제기한 가처분을 모두 기각했다. 이에 따라 정진석 비대위 체제도 안착하게 됐다.
서울남부지법 민사합의51부(수석부장판사 황정수)는 이날 이준석 전 대표가 정진석 비상대책위원장, 비대위원 6명을 대상으로 제기한 직무집행정지 가처분 신청에 대해 모두 기각 결정을 내렸다.
재판부는 "개정 당헌에 따른 지난 9월 8일 전국위원회 의결에 대해 실체적 하자나 절차적 하자가 있다고 보기 어렵다"고 비대위 출범에 법적 하자가 없다고 밝혔다. 이어 "이준석 전 대표의 피보전권리 및 보전의 필요성이 소명됐다고 할 수 없다"고 기각 이유를 설명했다.
한편 국민의힘 윤리위원회는 이날 오후 7시부터 이준석 전 대표에 대한 추가 징계 심의를 벌인다. 이 전 대표가 앞서 윤석열 대통령과 윤핵관으로 불리는 친윤계를 겨냥해 '양두구육', '신군부' 등 지속적인 비판발언을 한 것을 문제삼았다. 정치권에선 제명 또는 탈당 권고 같은 중징계를 내릴 것으로 보는 시각이 우세하다.
이에 대해 이 전 대표는 윤리위가 출석 및 소명 요구에 대해 의견제출 통지 기한을 지키지 않았다며 절차상 위헌, 위법이라고 주장하고 있다. 그러면서 윤리위가 추가 징계를 내릴 경우 또 다시 가처분 신청을 할 것이라고 예고했다.
