서부경남 최대 규모, 첫 스마트가축경매시장 개장

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 거창축협가축전자경매시장에서 스마트가축경매시장구축사업이 완료됨에 따라 준공을 기념하는 첫 스마트가축경매시장이 개장했다.

이 사업은 기존 가축시장 시스템을 스마트경매시장으로 탈바꿈하기 위해 거창축협에서 역점사업으로 추진했으며 약 4억5,000만원의 사업비가 투입됐다.

거창축협가축전자경매시장은 서부경남 최대 규모를 자랑하며 합천군에 이어 두 번째로 전국구 스마트가축경매시장으로 발돋움하는 성과를 거뒀다.

스마트가축경매시장은 기존의 경매방식에서 벗어나 스마트폰이나 개인PC를 활용해 입찰 또는 참관을 가능하게 하는 사용자 중심의 편의성을 추구하며 470개의 고화질 모니터로 출하된 개체의 세부정보 제공으로 비대면 경매에 대한 한계성을 극복했다.

첫 스마트경매로 전남 영광군에서 총 6두를 낙찰 받은 성과를 발판삼아 앞으로 거창군의 가축경매 활성화를 통한 입찰가격 상승으로 농가 소득증대가 기대되고 있다.
