[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 강기윤 의원은 창원시 상남동에 위치한 중앙체육공원 내 테니스장 보수공사 등 총 10억 원의 특별교부세를 확보했다고 7일 보도자료를 통해 밝혔다.
이번 교부세는 가음정공원 편의시설 설치공사와 반송초교 등 6개교 어린이보호구역 보행환경정비공사, 내동공원 산책로 정비공사, 용지문화공원 관람석데크 정비공사와 웅남초교 등 6개교 어린이보호구역 도로정비공사 등으로 사용된다.
반송초교 등 6개교 어린이보호구역 보행환경정비공사는 어린이보호구역 내 노후된 보도 및 옐로존, 방호울타리 보수공사를 통해 교통사고 예방 및 안전한 통학로를 확보하는 사업이다.
강기윤 의원은 “이번 특별교부세를 통해 반송초, 웅남초교 등에 통학하는 어린이들을 포함해 용지문화공원, 가음정 공원 등을 이용하는 지역주민들의 안전과 여가생활을 한층 높여주는 사업으로 지역주민들의 불편을 해소하게 될 것이며, 지속적으로 성산구 주민들의 목소리에 계귀를 귀울여 살기 좋은 성산구가 되도록 노력하겠다.”고 밝혔다
