[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남한약사회는 지난 5일 “제26회 노인의날”을 맞아 소속 회원들과 함께 창원시 관내 복지관에서 봉사 활동을 가졌다고 보도자료를 통해 밝혔다.
경남한약사회 소속 한약사들은 성산구 노인 종합복지관과 의창구 노인 종합복지관, 합포구 노인 종합복지관에서 롱 코비드로 인한 후유증과 기타 질환으로 힘들어하는 어르신들을 대상으로 한방과립제를 무상 제공했다.
대한한약사회와 경남한약사회는 의료 도움이 필요한 어르신들에게 지속적으로 필요한 재원을 제공할 것이라고 밝히고 아울러 복지 사각지대에 있는 세대에도 의료 봉사와 함께 의료 지원을 이어가겠다고 밝혔다.

강충식 경남한약사회장은 “어르신들을 대상으로 지역 기관과 함께 필요 재원을 지속적으로 제공하고, 관심과 돌봄을 통해 노인과 장애우들을 우리 사회 내 일원으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 의료 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
