“저도 콰이강의 다리 스카이워크” 창원 관광명소로 재탄생

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 14일 마산합포구 구산면 저도 콰이강의 다리 스카이워크 관광지 입장객이 250만 명을 넘어섰다고 밝혔다.

지난 2017년 3월 28일 개장 이래 매년 약 40만 명 이상이 이곳을 찾아올 정도로 명소로 알려졌으며, 6년여 만에 250만 번째 입장객을 맞이하는 축하 이벤트를 준비했다.

250만 번째 입장객은 대구에서 오신 김미연(53·여) 씨로, 트래킹을 하기 위해 저도 비치로드를 찾았다가 인근 관광지인 스카이워크에 들렀는데 생각지도 못한 행운을 얻게 됐다며, “마산만을 바라보며 걷기 좋은 둘레길이 있다는 정보를 얻어 먼 거리를 왔는데, 뜻밖의 행운을 얻어 여행이 한층 더 기쁘다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

발아래로 바다가 훤히 비춰 짜릿함은 물론 밤이면 형형색색의 조명으로 낭만적인 분위기를 만들었고, 느린 우체통을 만들어 한 달, 또는 1년 뒤에 엽서를 받아볼 수 있는 추억을 회상할 수 있도록 연출했다.
