브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 북한이 지난 18일 밤부터 포격한데 이어 19일 한낮에는 서해상으로 포격을 실시한 것으로 전해졌다.
19일 합동참모본부에 따르면 북한은 전날 오후 10시경부터 황해도 장산곶 일대에서 서해상으로 100여발 포병 사격을 실시했다. 이어 같은날 밤 11경부터는 강원도 장전 일대에서 동해상으로 150여발을 포격했다.
또한 19일 한낮인 12시30분 경에는 황해남도 연안군 일대에서 서해상으로 100여발의 포병 사격을 진행했다.
동·서해상 낙탄 지점은 '9·19 군사합의'에 따른 북방한계선(NLL) 북방 해상완충구역 내인 것으로 알려졌으며 우리 영해 내로 떨어진 포탄은 없는 것으로 전해졌다.
이에 대해 합참은 "우리 군은 북한의 포병사격에 대해 9·19 군사합의 위반 및 즉각 도발 중단에 관한 경고통신을 수 회 실시했다"면서 "해상완충구역 내 포병사격은 명백한 9·19 군사합의 위반"이라고 비판했다.

한편 북한 조선인민군 총참모부 대변인은 19일 오전 발표문을 통해 "지난 10월 13일과 14일에 이어 18일에도 적들(한국군)은 군사분계선 일대에서 우리를 자극하는 군사적 도발을 또다시 감행했다"면서 "18일 9시 55분부터 17시 22분까지 남강원도 철원군 전연(전방) 일대에서 수십발의 방사포(다련장로켓)탄을 발사했다"고 주장했다.
이어 그는 "적들의 북침전쟁연습인 '호국 22'가 광란적으로 벌어지고있는 시기에 감행된 이번 도발책동을 특별히 엄중시하며 다시 한 번 중대한 경고를 보내기 위해 18일 밤 아군 동부 및 서부전선부대들이 강력한 군사적 대응조치로서 동, 서해상으로 위협경고사격을 진행하도록 했다"며 포병 사격 도발의 원인을 우리 탓으로 돌렸다.
