이날 박 지사는 거창문화원 상살미홀에서 상생협력 강화를 위한 ‘거창군민과의 대화의 시간’을 가졌다.
이날 행사는 구인모 군수, 김일수·박주언 경상남도의회 의원, 이홍희 군의회 의장과 의원, 기관·단체장, 군민 등 200여 명이 참석한 가운데 도정 비전 발표와 군정 현안 보고, 군민 건의사항, 질의응답 순으로 진행됐다.
이번 방문은 거창군과 경남도가 미래를 향해 함께 발맞춰 나가고 군민들의 생생한 목소리를 현장에서 청취하고 도정에 반영하기 위해 마련됐다.
경남도지사가 ‘군민과 대화의 시간’을 위해 거창군을 방문한 것은 지난 2015년 이후 7년 만이며, 민선8기 ‘활기찬 경남, 행복한 도민’을 슬로건으로 도민과의 소통의 장을 마련하기 위해 18개 시·군을 순방하고 있고, 거창군이 다섯 번째이다.
