우주를 주제로 독창적인 작품세계를 펼쳐온 우주화가 하정열 화가의 제26회 개인전이 10월 21일부터 10월31일까지 인사동 산촌 모나리자 갤러리에서 열리고 있다.
산촌 모나리자 갤러리측은 “이번 전시회 개막식은 국내외 유명 인사 100여명이 참석하여, 우크라이나 돕기 행사를 겸한 음악회와 하정열 작가의 그림 설명에 이어 산촌의 맛있는 만찬과 친교로 이어졌다. 이번 전시에서 하정열 화가는 700호 크기의 우주삼라만상 작품을 포함하여 47점의 우주작품을 선보이고 있다. 그는 이번 개인전을 위해 전시된 그림이 수록된 우주 칼럼집과 18개월 달력을 만들어 관람객들께 감사의 마음을 표했다”고 전하고 “장군 출신인 하 화백은 우주를 대상으로 동서양의 사상과 물질을 융합시킨 독특한 우주 작품을 선보여온 중견화가다. 그동안 개인전 25회, 국제아트페어 30여 회 등 국내외 단체전에 250여 회를 출품하는 등 활발한 작품활동을 이어오고 있다”고 알렸다.

본지(브레이크뉴스) 칼럼니스트인 하정열 화가는 지난 2014 대한민국미술전람회 종합대상, 2016 대한민국 파워리더 서양화부문 대상, 2017 대한민국 BEST인물대상 문화예술인부문 대상, 2018 대한민국 BEST인물대상 서양화부문 특별대상, 2018 일본 오사카 미술평론가상, 2019년 ‘3.1운동 100주년 기념 대한민국평화미술대축전’ 우수작가상, 미국 칼슨시 시장상, 2019 뉴욕아트페어 미술부문 대상, 2021년 미국 한국전 참전용사 기념전 세계평화상 등 국내외 저명한 상을 30여회 수상했다. 지난 9월에는 제1회 서울 한강 비엔날레에 초대작가로 초청되어, ‘창작대상’을 수상한 바 있다.
Space painter Ha Jeong-yeol painting exhibition in Insa-dong, Seoul
Artist Ha Jeong-yeol has presented 47 space works, including the 700-sized universe sam-ra-man-sang artwork.

The 26th solo exhibition of space artist Jeong-yeol Ha, who has developed a creative world of work on the theme of space, is being held at the Mona Lisa Gallery in Insa-dong, Sanchon from October 21st to October 31st.
The Sanchon Mona Lisa Gallery said, “The opening ceremony of this exhibition was attended by about 100 domestic and foreign celebrities, leading to a concert that doubled as an event to help Ukraine, explanation of paintings by Ha Jeong-yeol, and a delicious dinner and fellowship in the mountain village. In this exhibition, artist Ha Jeong-yeol is presenting 47 space works, including the 700-sized cosmic trinity work. He expressed his gratitude to the visitors by creating an 18-month calendar and a space column book containing the pictures displayed for this solo exhibition. He is a mid-level artist who has presented his works. In the meantime, he has been active in his work, exhibiting more than 250 domestic and international group exhibitions, including 25 solo exhibitions and 30 international art fairs.”
Artist Ha Jung-yeol, a columnist for this magazine (Break News), won the Grand Prize at the 2014 Korea Art Exhibition, the Grand Prize in the 2016 Korean Power Leader Western Painting category, the 2017 Korea Best People Grand Prize in the Culture and Artist category, the 2018 Korea Best Figure Grand Prize in the Western Painting category, and the 2018 Osaka Japan Grand Prize. Art Critic's Award, 2019 'Korea Peace Art Grand Festival commemorating the 100th anniversary of the March 1st Movement', Excellence Artist Award, Carlson City Mayor's Award, 2019 New York Art Fair Art Division Grand Prize, 2021 US Korean War Veterans Memorial Exhibition World Peace Award 30 times Awarded. Last September, he was invited to the 1st Seoul Han River Biennale as a guest artist and was awarded the 'Creation Grand Prize'.
