브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 더불어민주당은 25일 윤석열 대통령의 국회 시정연설에 불참한다. 윤 대통령이 국회에 도착하기 전까지 규탄 행사를 진행하다, 윤 대통령이 국회에 입장 시엔 침묵시위를 펼쳤다.
민주당은 이날 오전 의원총회를 열고 이같이 결정했다고 오영환 원내대변인은 전했다.
오영환 원내대변인은 의총 직후 기자들과 만나 "민주당 의원 전원은 본회의장에 입장하지 않는다. 대통령 도착 전까지 국회 로텐더홀 계단에서 규탄 시위를 이어가겠다"고 밝혔다.
이어 그는 "윤석열 대통령 입장할 땐 엄중 절제된 침묵시위로 대응할 방침"이라며 "윤 대통령 의장실 사전 차담회 자리에도 민주당 당 대표와 원내대표 모두 참석하지 않는다"고 말했다.
오 원내대변인은 또한 "시정 연설을 위해 본회의장에 입장하면 그때부터 예결위회의장에서 비공개 의총을 통해 규탄대회를 이어갈 예정"이라며 "윤 대통령의 본회의장 퇴장 후 다시 마무리 규탄대회를 로텐더홀 계단에서 이어갈 예정"이라고 설명했다.
