[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 한국풋살연맹과 한국체육시설안전관리협회는 26일 공동으로 풋살 경기장 안전점검인증표준을 제정하고, 대한축구협회에서 ‘풋살경기장 표준체계구축 및 안전점검 업무협약’을 체결했다.
주요 내용은 풋살 경기장 안전 확보를 위한 안전점검 기준마련, 경기장 위험도 평가, 경기장 사용 후 반응 검사, 관리체계 점검 및 안전사고 모니터링 등을 공동으로 수행한다.

김대길 한국풋살연맹회장은 “풋살경기장이 점점 대중화되어가는 현실에서 국내 최초로 안전점검 인증표준을 제정한 것은 우리나라 스포츠시설 발전사에 매우 의미 있는 행보가 될 것”이라고 말하고 “동호인들이 늘어나고 있는 만큼 선수 보호 차원에서도 이를 엄격히 적용해 선진화된 풋살 환경을 만들어 갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
고재곤 공동회장은 “일본, 독일, 영국 등 선진국들의 경기장 안전 시스템을 벤치마킹하면서 우리나라 체육시설 특성에 적합한 인증표준을 만들어간다면 그야말로 선진화된 양질의 스포츠 강국으로 도약할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 이번 협약을 통해 한국풋살연맹과 한국체육시설안전관리협회는 전국에 있는 풋살경기장에 대한 안정성을 평가하고 문제점을 개선하는 활동을 할 계획을 밝혔다.
