수소산업 홍보와 기술교류 위한 포럼 열려

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 수소산업 홍보와 기술교류 등을 위해 경남도에서 지원하는 사업의 일환으로 창원시 수소의 날 기념 ‘2022년 창원수소에너지포럼’이 창원대학교에서 열렸다.

이날 포럼은 창원대학교 Net-Zero Week와 연계해 수소산업 정책과 기술동향 발표 및 수소산업 예비 인재인 창원대학교 학생들과 함께하는 토크 콘서트로 진행됐다.

이날 포럼에는 이호영 창원대학교 총장, 박순철 경남도 에너지산업과장, 류효종 창원시 미래전략산업국장을 비롯한 창원대학교 재학생과 도내 수소산업 관계자 등 100여 명이 참석했다.

이날 포럼에서 창원시 수소산업팀은 민선8기 창원시 수소정책 추진방향을, 한국자동차연구원은 수소모빌리티 R&D 동향을, 범한퓨얼셀은 수소연료전지 R&D 동향을, 녹색기술센터는 이산화탄소 포집·활용·저장 기술 및 정책을, 창원대학교 석·박사 과정 학생들은 수소산업 관련 우수사례(폐자원 기반 수소생산 연구, PEM 수전해를 이용한 수소생산과 염료분해)에 대해 각각 발표했다.

창원대 재학생인 예비인재들은 수소정책과 기술동향 관련하여 수소모빌리티 및 수소연료전지 기술개발 동향, 폐자원 기반 수소생산, 수전해 수소생산 기술 정보를 습득하고 토크콘서트를 통해 수소에너지의 가치와 궁금증을 해소하는 시간을 가졌다.

창원시 미래전략산업국 류효종 국장은 “이번 포럼을 통해 Net-Zero에 따른 관·산·학·연의 수소산업 추진 동향 파악 및 자유로운 소통을 할 수 있었고, 에너지 분야 미래 인재인 창원대학교 학생들의 높은 관심과 열정을 느낄 수 있는 귀중한 경험이었다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 수소에너지 전시회 및 포럼을 추진하여 수소산업을 선도하는 창원을 적극 홍보하고, 소통하여 경쟁력있는 수소산업을 육성 및 추진할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

포럼에 참석한 박순철 도 에너지산업과장은 “수소에너지가 탄소중립의 주역으로 부상하고 있는 가운데 민선8기 도정 핵심과제로 수소특화단지를 조성할 계획이다”며, “창원시를 중심으로 주변 도시를 수소거점으로 연결하는 수소특화단지는 전 시군을 균형있게 육성하는 기반이 될 것"이라고 말했다.
