세종교육청이 학생들의 안전 생활화와 위기대응능력 향상을 위해 ‘찾아가는 안전교육’을 실시한다고 1일 밝혔다.
다음달 9일까지 진행되는 이번 교육은 유·초·중 20개교 113학급 2,367명의 학생들을 대상으로, 5명의 안전교육 전문 강사가 학교로 찾아가 이론과 실습을 병행하게 된다.
안전교육은 교통안전 팝업북 만들기, 화재 예방과 소화기 사용법 등 2개 프로그램으로 구성됐다.
교통안전 팝업북 만들기는 횡단보도 건널 때 지킬 일과 주의사항, 교통표지판 알아보기 등 이론교육, 배운 내용을 이용한 팝업북 만들기 등 체험으로 꾸몄다.
화재 안전과 소화기 사용법 프로그램에서는 화재 발생 시 대피(대처)방법, 소화기 사용법 등 이론교육 실시 후 교육용 물소화기를 이용한 실습도 하게 된다.
