대전시의회 교육위 의원들은 2일 '초록꿈마당'과 '지능형 과학실'을 운영중인 학교를 찾아 운영 실태를 점검했다.
이날 교육위 소속 박주화 위원장, 이중호 부위원장, 이한영, 이효성, 김민숙 위원 등은 '초록꿈마당'을 운영중인 봉암초와 '지능형 과학실'을 운영중인 이문고를 방문해 운영의 문제점과 건의 사항을 듣고 대책을 모색했다.
'초록꿈마당' 은 지속가능한 미래를 위해 학생들이 가깝게·쉽게·즐겁게 참여할 수 있도록 학교 안에 생태전환교육의 체험 공간을 꾸며 운영하는 사업이다.
'지능형 과학실' 은 온라인시스템과 첨단실험기기를 구비해 학생 활동 중심의 다양한 데이터 활용 탐구활동을 할 수 있는 미래형 과학실이다.
대전시의회 교육위원회 박주화 위원장은 “시 의회는 교육기반 조성과 역량 함양을 위해 선정된 학교가 역활을 다하는 지를 살펴보겠다"고 말했다.
