[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 오는 7일 발행하는 500억 원의 지역화폐 ‘누비전’의 부정유통 방지를 위해 같은 날인 7일부터 25일까지 일제단속을 실시한다고 4일 밝혔다.
주요 단속대상은 ▲물품 또는 서비스 제공없이 누비전을 수취하는 행위 ▲실제 거래가액 이상의 누비전을 수취하는 행위 ▲부정 수취한 누비전을 환전하는 행위 ▲가맹점주가 타인 명의로 지속적으로 누비전을 구매 후 환전하는 행위 ▲가맹점 준수사항 위반 등이다.
해당 기간 동안 창원특례시는 단속반을 편성해 누비전 이용 빅데이터 자료를 활용한 1차 모니터링을 실시하고 가맹점별 환전 자료와 주민신고 사례 등을 토대로 부정 의심 점포를 현장 방문해 거래내역 확인 등 부정유통 여부를 조사하는 방식으로 진행된다.
시는 누비전 발행 규모 확대에 따라 부정유통 우려를 해소하기 위해 신고접수를 상시 활성화하고 부정사용이 확인되면 가맹점 취소, 구매자 할인 제한의 행정처분 및 2천만 원 이하 과태료 부과 등 강력히 대처할 계획이다.
정현섭 경제일자리국장은 “누비전의 체계적인 관리와 유통질서 확립을 통해 지역경제 활성화는 물론 소상공인에게 실질적인 도움이 되도록 부정유통 행위에 강력히 대응하겠다”며 “누비전 가맹점과 판매대행점, 구매자 등을 대상으로 준수사항을 집중 홍보하고 누비전 모니터링을 연간 지속적으로 실시하여 부정유통을 사전에 방지하겠다”고 밝혔다.
